You can access the My Account website in a number of ways:
Click on the Menu button within the Freshtel internet phone client and select the View My Account option.

Visit http://www.freshtelinternetphone.co.uk, enter your login details in the lower right section of the screen.


From the main screen of the My Account section you can perform the following tasks:
This section allows you to view your recent calls and check the call rate information.
To view call history, click on the View the calls I have made link:

You will be presented with a screen that lists all calls made from your Freshtel internet phone account. You can order the list by clicking on the list headings, or narrow the date range of calls displayed. The date range can be narrowed using the Date Range toolbar or by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of the page.
View my call rates

This screen allows you to view your current call rates to any location. To view a call rate, select the location from the drop-down list then click on the Get Call Rates >> button.
The My Finances is used to top up your account as well as viewing past transactions.
Click on the My Finances link from the main My Account screen. You will then be presented with options for adding funds and viewing past transactions.

You can click on Top up your prepaid account to add funds to your account using a credit card or by redeeming a voucher.

View my payments

The payment details section provides a record of all payments added to your account. Payments include the use of vouchers as well as Credit Cards. You will see a list of all the payments made to the account. This list can be ordered by the list headings as well as by date range.
Clicking on a payment description will download a PDF receipt for that particular payment.
View my prepaid transactions
This section will provide a record of all paid calls made via the Freshtel Internet Phone system. You can order the list by clicking on the list headings, or narrow the date range of calls displayed. The date range can be narrowed using the Date Range toolbar or by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of the page.
The My Account section will let you view or update the details of your Freshtel Internet Phone account.

Clicking on the View account details link will display the details of the account.

Clicking on the Update account details will allow you to update the account.

The Logout link will log you out of the My Account site.
